Information on this site is provided for general information about our services. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your own business and the policies of search engines, AI assistants and advertising platforms. Services are governed by their own agreement
If you become a client, the written agreement or proposal between us governs that work. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, that agreement applies.
Self-serve subscriptions
The clause above covers work agreed in writing. Plans bought directly from this site — Starter, Pro, Pro + Site, Teams and the Compliance Checker — have no separate proposal, so these terms govern them. They are month to month, with no setup fee and no minimum term. Each renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
30-day money back. If you tell us within 30 days of your first payment on a plan that it is not right for you, we refund that payment in full, and you do not need to give a reason. Cancel or ask for a refund by emailing danedigitalmarketing@gmail.com or texting (812) 351-4257.
