We do not sell your information. The details you give us — your name, email, phone number and anything you write in a form or message — are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

- Your communication choices: whether you agreed to be contacted by text message, the wording of the consent shown to you at the time, and when you gave it.

How information is shared

Analytics and advertising tools
This website uses two third-party tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 — tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they arrived. We use it to understand what is useful and what is not.
- The Meta pixel — lets us show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site, and tells us whether an ad led to an enquiry.
These tools collect technical and behavioural information — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser — and that information goes to Google and to Meta, who act as providers of those services. They do not receive your name, email address or phone number from this website, and nothing you type into a form is passed to them.
You can stop them. Use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook ad settings, or block cookies in your browser — the site works normally either way.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Full details are on our SMS Terms page. In summary: we send text messages only to people who have asked us to. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of text messages.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of the analytics and advertising tools described above, or block cookies in your browser.
How we protect and keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, or as long as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
